Smurfs Week NYC Kick-Off

Smurfette, The Smurfs Producer Jordan Kerner, Veronique Culliford, Neil Patrick Harris, Director Raja Gosnell, NYC & Company CEO George Fertitta, Hank Azaria, Jayma Mays, and Clumsy and Papa Smurf today kicked off Smurfs Week NYC at the Smurf Village in Columbus Circle. The Smurfs have been chosen as this year’s Get More NYC Family Ambassadors suggesting things to do and see throughout the City and highlighting New York City as a family-friendly tourist destination. In 2010, the City welcomed a record, 14.3 million family visitors, contributing approximately $12 billion to the economy.
